Qual Research Manager - Crime, Cohesion and Security

Hasson Associates is seeking a skilled and dedicated Qual RM - Crime, Cohesion and Security to join our client's friendly and inclusive team. This full-time Qual RM role is based in London and offers a salary of £38,000-£43,000 and fantastic benefits.

As a flexible Qual RM - Crime, Cohesion and Security, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team managing projects. You will be helping to deliver some of the most interesting and impactful research across crime, justice, immigration, asylum and counter-terrorism.

To give you an idea of how this Qual RM - Crime, Cohesion and Security role will look and feel if you were currently working for our client, these are some things you would have been doing this week:

* Managing qualitative research and evaluation projects through the full project cycle, from design to data collection and analysis through to developing conclusions and recommendations

* Drafting discussion guides and recruitment materials that meet clients' and stakeholders' objectives and drafting sections of reports in PowerPoint and Word

* Being the key point of contact for the client on project-related matters, taking a proactive approach to developing knowledge of the client's business

* Ensuring projects are delivered to budget and timescale through effective project planning, resourcing and managing of project teams

To succeed in this Qual RM job, you will need to be a qualitative researcher with experience managing research on sensitive topics and with vulnerable and hard-to-reach audiences. You will also require the following:

* Experience writing winning proposals, including drafting costs

* Desire to work closely with clients to maintain and grow contracts

* Excellent qualitative research skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and support junior team members in developing their research and project management skills

* Ability to guide the development of high-quality research materials which answer client objectives

* Excellent client handling and supplier negotiation skills
