This is a challenging and exciting role within a friendly and committed insight team with a mix of research experience and disabilities. It runs insight projects from start to finish and requires someone with extensive insight experience gained from working in an internal function or agency.

The role

This is the main insight team contact for the supporter functions in Scope, so needs to be filled by a senior insight specialist who can advise on project design and use the findings to build an evidence-led approach. There is some responsibility for managing external agencies and the upkeep of an online insight resource. The role also stands in for the Insight Manager or other members of the team when necessary, so needs someone who has experience of working with all levels of management.

  • Strong numeracy skills and the ability to interpret various data sets
  • Highly developed time-management and co-ordination skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and completion of key processes

  • Pro-active, enthusiastic, and have a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Strong and supportive team player
  • Desire to contribute to the charity’s objectives and mission
