Senior Research Consultant, Comms Consultancy

If you are a talented and experienced Research Consultant looking for a new hybrid role in London, we want to hear from you. Hasson Associates is helping a collaborative comms agency to recruit a Senior Research Consultant into its fledgling Insight team, with a salary of £50,000 to £70,000.

In this Senior Research Consultant role, you will be involved with clients right across the business - helping to shape strategic decisions, testing messages and policy angles, creating research-led thought leadership, and measuring and evaluating activities.

Here are some of the things you could expect to be doing:

* Conducting high-quality research using qualitative and quantitative research methods

* Take overall responsibility for all research materials (from recruitment screeners to topic guides to questionnaires to survey scripts - this includes getting stuck into and problem solving with e.g., survey scripting)

* Take ownership of lines of enquiry/data hypotheses/clever analysis when looking through data

* Liaise with account teams around the business to ensure happy clients and informed co-workers

* Line manage and support the development of the Research Executive

To succeed, you should be experienced with qualitative and (mainly) quantitative primary research .You will also need:

* To be extremely numerate and very comfortable diving into data to find new angles

* A clear and engaging communication style - both verbally and in written form

* A good understanding of current affairs, and an interest in business, politics, and the media

* To be collaborative and open, pragmatic and creative
