Qualitative Field & Operations Manager

Hasson Associates is seeking an engaging and inclusive Qualitative Field & Operations Manager to join our client's collaborative and welcoming team. This 12 month Maternity cover qualitative field and operations management role is based in London and offers a salary of £30,000-£35,000 and excellent benefits.

As a flexible Qualitative Field & Operations Manager, you will have a hybrid role that encompasses two aspects of the business. First, you will predominantly run qualitative fieldwork projects with minimal supervision from the Field & Operations Director. Second, you will coordinate and administrate the company's operations, ensuring that the office is managed and maintained when required.

In your first few weeks in this Qualitative Field & Operations Manager role, you can expect to:

* Undertake project administration, organisation and control in conjunction with the project team through all phases

* Write accurate and detailed screeners in response to briefs from clients and the project team

* Create and manage the distributions of participant profiles, ensuring attendance record completion and checking

* Be the first point of contact for all basic field related queries

* Provide reception duties such as answering phones, printing, copying, filing and greeting visitors

To apply for this qualitative field and operations role, you will ideally have qualitative field management experience and knowledge of project management. You will also need 3 years of experience working in a similar field role, and some office administration experience is desirable. In addition, you should be professional, enthusiastic and positive to reflect the company's personality. Confidence in dealing with team members on all levels of seniority is also essential.
