Job Details
Hasson Associates is seeking an Insight Director - Tracking for a London-based position working for an inclusive and collaborative company. This varied Insight Director role offers hybrid working, an attractive salary of £65,000-£75,000 and fantastic benefits.
As a flexible Insight Director - Tracking, you will take a primary role on accounts and have the ability to win and develop client work.
In your first few weeks in this Insight Director job, you can expect to:
* Design and direct successful tracking projects across a range of clients and sectors
* Resource, manage and develop staff working on these projects
* Participate in and facilitate workshops both internally and with clients
* Prepare and deliver client debriefs, presenting in an engaging and accessible way
To be successful in this Insight Director - Tracking role, an outstanding set of quant research skills is required, along with extensive experience tracking research projects, most likely from the agency side. In addition, you should have exceptional people management skills and the ability to build successful client relationships with existing and new clients. .
