Research Manager - Conflict States

Are you inquisitive, studious and seeking a new full-time London based Research Manager job? We're looking for a Research Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary of up to £45,000 and excellent benefits package.

This Research Manager position reports to the Research Director, and is line managed by the Lead Research Manager or Principal Research Manager. You will join a welcoming and inclusive working culture. The focus of this role is working in fragile and conflict states and helping to improve the lives of those affected by conflict. You will be using primary and secondary research tools in order to assess and measure impact of communications campaigns dedicating to changing behaviour.

You can expect to:

● Carry out analysis and triangulation of qualitative and quantitative data for assessing the performance and effectiveness of multimedia communications activity

● Rigorously manipulate data sets to provide meaningful and actionable insights

● Write assessment reports and feed research findings into other reporting

● Design data collection tools for pre-testing, formative research and assessment such as questionnaires, discussion guides

What Research Manager skills and experience are required? :

● Minimum 4 years relevant research, monitoring and evaluation experience

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

● Quantitative and qualitative research experience

● Experience designing and conducting mixed methods research studies

● Experience managing research projects from design to report writing

● Experience evaluating the impacteffectiveness of multimedia communications activity.
