Senior Research and Insight Project Lead

Hasson Associates is seeking a Senior Research and Insight Lead to provide experienced support directing and co-ordinating research and insight activities across a range of our client's teams that result in the publication of high impact outputs. This full-time role is based in Manchester and offers a favourable salary and benefits package.

As a flexible Senior Research and Insight Lead, you will be responsible for collating and drafting analyses to produce high quality, accessible insights for publication. You will also be developing and overseeing team-based activities to create concise, robust content for reports aimed at a range of audiences.

Planning and overseeing the development and delivery of a range of insights outputs, including discussion papers, survey analyses, and reports

Directing and coordinating the conceptualisation, design, implementation, and management of the syntheses of survey and desk-based analysis, activities, and projects in your specialist area

Liaising effectively with a range of staff to understand requirements for insight support, contributing ideas to their work, and identifying opportunities to improve regulation

To apply for this research and insight position, you will need excellent social research management and analytic skills in drawing on a range of evidence sources to develop accessible and compelling insights. You will also need project management experience, including the full life cycle of projects, ideally gained through developing, authoring and publishing analytical outputs to diverse audiences. In addition, you should have the ability to author papers to an exceptional standard and a good depth of knowledge to advise on analytic techniques within your area of expertise.
