Hugely exciting opportunity for this internationally orientated FinTech (payment services) for a Research & Insight Manager to take charge of delivering strategic insights to its partners!
This is an extremely 'hands on' and end to end style role. You'd be responsible for establishing data and insights collection from across the group, plus some third party sources, right through to delivery of insights to clients. This could be via presentations to partners, senior stakeholders, and at leading events. The role as such will encompass data analysis and storytelling, (some) research and application of third party data, data visualisation, forecasting and predictive analytics, contributions to various publications (re insights/data), and internal/external comms. You'll be working with partners who are, amongst others, leading brands in consumer retail, tourism and events.
Ideally you'll be a hugely experienced research & insights professional with a very strong data science/predictive analytics leaning (this suits less those from predominantly custom/ad hoc market research backgrounds). Equally you must be prepared to be involved in every aspect - from the data collection side right through to the presentations/storytelling aspect. You'll be the integral insights professional within this growth business which has enjoyed years of expansion through tech innovation and acquisition; this will be your project and you will play a significant part in helping partners understand their customers/market.
