Our client is a research agency working with the veterinary and companion animal sectors. They advise clients on their brand/product development, performance, positioning, and future facing strategy.

Our client is looking for junior to mid level qual and quant market researchers to join their small but perfectly formed team. You'll support in the delivery of large scale quantitative and/or qualitative research projects, as well as lead small projects. You'll be responsible for the set up and delivery of the research studies, including contributing to the design of research proposals. Day to day, you'll:
- manage fieldwork (in some cases working with panel partners) including telephone and in-person interviews, online focus groups and quantitative surveys.
- design research materials (questionnaires, DP specs, stimulus etc.)
- clean data, tabulate using analytical software (SPSS, Q) and charts data to aid interpretation.
- communicate effectively and independently with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- participate in client presentations of research outcomes.
- analyse data to investigate objectives, contributing to the production of highly visual research reports.
- aid in the development of research proposals, getting quotes from suppliers and costing up projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- Experience of working on quantitative and/or qualitative market research projects
- Excellent writing skills - descriptive and interpretative - and the ability to present research findings in a compelling and accessible way
- Experience of (or demonstrable ability to) client and account management
- Project management skills - super organised, able to juggle projects and not get fazed when things get a bit busy!
- Strong data analysis skills - able to 'find the story' in the data
- An understanding of or passion for one or more of the business areas of focus - veterinary, pet owner and animal healthcare
