Research Operations Manager - Clientside – Education/ Arts/ Leisure/ Retail

West Midlands (Hybrid, c2 office days) - £31,000 - £40,000 + excellent benefits

A rare clientside opportunity to lead on Research Operations in an organisation operating across a wide spectrum of businesses and services encompassing education, arts, leisure and retail.

As a senior member of a large research team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3, organising and overseeing the delivery of a wide range of regular surveys including event evaluation, satisfaction, experience and perception research.

Responsible for the planning and logistics of the projects including working with 3^rd party providers, you will also review, create and develop effective ways of working to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of projects.   With a good understanding  of  the application and strengths and weaknesses of a range of research methodologies, you will also be tasked with keeping up to date with innovations in the research industry.

Along side a track record in research operations and project management, strong leadership and people management skills are also a must in order motivate your team to deliver high-quality research projects. Expertise in embedding efficiencies and best practice, alongside resource and budget management are also required.

You will of course be a natural, engaging communicator and assured self-starter,  keen to succeed and drive change in a dynamic, varied environment in which every day brings a new, exciting challenge.
