Part time Employee Research Consultant

Hasson Associates is helping a leading employee survey and organisation development consultancy find a part-time Employee Research Consultant to join their accomplished and inclusive team in the UK. This Research Consultant role is remote and flexible, offering a favourable salary and benefits package.

As part-time Employee Research Consultant, you will be helping people and organisations get better with feedback. You will provide required advisory service components to clients as well as some sales and marketing support and assisting in the development of consulting products and services.

If you were already working here as Employee Experience Consultant, these are some of the things you would have done this week:

* Delivered account management and advisory services, such as employee experience strategy workshops, questionnaire design, 360 feedback program design, manager enablement webinars and results presentations

* Analysed survey results in the context of business goals to provide client insight for business improvement

* Developed and delivered marketing collateral

* Input into the development of new products and services

* Acted as consulting expert on proposals, pricing, etc

To apply for this Employee Research Consultant position, you must have prior experience in a similar consulting role and be comfortable presenting results and running workshops. We are looking for someone with a proven network of senior contacts in the Employee Experience & HR industry and the credibility to build and sustain relationships at a senior level with Human Resources customers. A background in Employee Experience, Organisational Psychology, Employee Research or similar would be ideal.
