Insight Manager (tracking)

Hasson Associates is seeking an engaging and inclusive Insight Manager to join our client's welcoming and friendly team. This full-time insight management role is based in London with hybrid working and offers a salary of £32,000-£37,000 and excellent benefits, including the chance to be part of an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

As a flexible Insight Manager, you will work across a number of the company's brand and CX trackers, supporting the project lifecycle, including research design, project management, analysis and insight delivery.

Some of your responsibilities in this Insight Manager role will include:

* Creating and managing project plans, organising internal resources, status reporting, and liaising with the client

* Developing questionnaires and suggesting improvements to existing data collection designs

* Using software to analyse research data

* Developing story-led outputs that reflect the broader context of the client's organisation and business activities

The ideal candidate will have experience working in market research, likely agency-side, and prior experience working with CX or brand trackers. You will also require excellent project management and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail. In addition, you should have solid research design experience and be comfortable working with quotas, weighting specifications and tab specs. Experience with data analysis software using SPSS output or knowledge of Q-Research software would be an advantage.
