Public Affairs, Evaluation Consultant ECF

If you are a Public Affairs Evaluation Consultant with knowledge of working in the sector of education, children and family and seeking a new role in London, we want to hear from you. Hasson Associates is helping a collaborative company recruit an Evaluation Consultant, and this full-time role comes with an attractive salary of up to £40,000.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across our client's projects and business development activities, delivering their existing programme of work, and developing new areas.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

* Support the delivery of evaluation projects through the full project cycle, from evaluation design, to data collection and analysis, through to developing conclusions and recommendations

* Expand your methodological knowledge through the delivery of complex quantitative and qualitative evaluations

* Support day-to-day client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered to budget and timescale through efficient working practices

* Draft research tools, evaluation frameworks, and analysis plans

* Support analysis of quantitative and qualitative datasets

To succeed, you should have a good academic background in economics, social sciences, or a related area. Other essential requirements include but aren't limited to:

* Policy knowledge and expertise in relevant areas (ideally education, children and families), or the ability to pick up new policy areas

* Excellent attention to detail

* Good project and budget management skills

* Good working knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluation problems

* Proven ability to manage evaluation projects, or work-streams, to timescale and budget with little supervision

In return for your knowledge and expertise, you will receive a favourable salary of between £35,000-£40,000 and enjoy being part of a friendly and inclusive team.
