Research Manager - London - Clientside (Fintech)
Mixed Methods (Qual leaning) £45-50k
An exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher to join the insights team of a growing fintech company!
The team at this innovative organisation speak to both consumers and investors to learn more about their lives, what they like, and what they understand , ultimately providing research and consultancy services to the financial services industry to help them make better products and services. Drawing on multiple sources of data (quant and qual, primary and secondary) they have their finger on the pulse of the industry, and this is your chance to be a part of it.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to play a larger part in a smaller team, someone with a love for research and insights who wants to make a real impact on a business, not just project work. You will need some experience (and definitely an interest in) the financial services sector, as well as expertise in qualitative methodologies. A knowledge and understanding of quantitative methods and analysis will also be beneficial, but above all you will have excellent communication skills and love building relationships with colleagues, consumers, and senior stakeholders.
If the above sounds like you and you would like to know more, please send you CV to Cat Biles at Resources Group on firstname.lastname@example.org
