OVERALL SUMMARY

Join the Close Brothers Retail Team where you will be responsible for understanding and measuring customer experience, partner experience and brand health. Working as part of the Insights team our ideal team member will have relevant experience, qualitative and quantitative skills and be extremely curious about how companies, markets and consumers work. This is a hybrid role (2/3 days in the office, the rest of the time working from home).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and run primary, quantitative, and qualitative measurement of the customer experience, dealer partner experience and brand health
    • Manage research agencies to deliver regular research
    • Work alongside the Insight Analyst to compare the data view with the primary research findings ensuring all key measures are reflected in the overall measurement framework and findings have a commercial context and benefit
  • Extend measurement of customer and partner experience to key touchpoints
    • Identify key moments of truth and implement appropriate research and measurement of the experience
    • Triangulate audience feedback and data across all parts of the journey to drive the right initiatives that improve experience and business performance
  • Provide insight for new initiatives
    • Mine existing primary research, secondary sources and internal data
    • Bring together findings from multiple studies and synthesise into a concise and meaningful story
    • Identify where fresh research would be beneficial to the business problem, running any activity agreed and managing stakeholders
  • Communicate insights around the business
    • Evolve the approach of sharing insight in a meaningful manner across the business
  • Organise user testing workshops to test prototypes and ideas
    • Ensuring feedback is incorporated into iterative development
    • Insight themes are identified and consolidated

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

  • Experience of working in a research environment with an appreciation of the benefits and uses of qual, quant and secondary sources
  • Familiar with the financial services sector
