This innovative boutique agency which specialises in online qual and customer journey research, is seeking a bright and ambitious researcher to join its growing team.
You'll need some solid experience in online communities as part of your role will include the long term management of online communities alongside ad hoc qual research projects.
You will be expected to have a solid background in handling research projects from beginning to end, be confident moderating communities, able to write guides etc and have input in writing reports with more senior colleagues.
You will be expected to lead all aspects of research projects from start to finish, be a confident and creative moderator of communities, interviews and focus groups, and be able to deliver to your clients by becoming their trusted advisor. You will also be expected to lead client meetings, mentor and guide more junior members of the team, and demonstrate your business development skills and strategic thinking, as well as having a good understanding of quantitative research.
