Project Manager (Quantitative) – Healthcare Charity Client - Oxford/hybrid working
12-month FTC - £24,000 - £32,000 DOE + benefits
Due to a recent rise in business this international charity is on the hunt for an experienced researcher/project manager to join their specialist Survey Team in Oxford (they will consider those able to get to the office c1 day a week). The charity works across the health and social care sectors and has an unrivalled track record within the industry for measuring people’s experiences of both providing and receiving healthcare.
This team work with a broad range of stakeholders, including providers, national bodies, academic institutions, and charities to develop and implement evaluation and improvement programmes that help to deliver person centred care. As Project Manager you will be predominantly focusing on quantitative research and will be responsible for key customer relationships and project fulfilment across the team.
Having already gained experience of managing quantitative research projects you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an understanding of the full research process, experience of managing and developing client/stakeholder relationships, and a good understanding of ethical and data protection standards. Experience in the social or healthcare research sector would be beneficial, but a clear interest and desire to pursue a career in this space will be essential.
In return for your skills and experience you will join a passionate and inclusive team in an organisation committed to the good cause of making person-centred health and social care a reality for everyone.
