This is a new, growth role in which you will inspiring and mentoring junior researchers, leading relationships with an exciting client list that includes top multinational drinks, top multi-media brands, technology leaders and fashion clients. Managing a broad spectrum of large international strategic projects, through the whole project cycle and utilising an array of methods including focus groups, workshops, online communities and ethnography, you will have first-class skills in pulling themes, patterns and stories from the research and will develop and share cultural and brand insights in creative, visual and engaging ways. 

Already an Associate Director or a Senior Research Manager looking for a step up, we are looking for smart, strategic thinkers to lead and develop client relationships in this stimulating, entrepreneurial environment. What’s also important is energy, drive, curiosity and motivation to help develop more innovative ways of working and deliver fresh thinking to top clients!

Although currently working from home, they have a cool, creative office space to return to, flexibly, in a vibrant part of London. You can expect to enjoy a non-hierarchical, friendly culture with opportunities to travel  if you wish (when feasible again!)  and excellent prospects as this agency continues to thrive and grow.
