As a Retail Analyst for this globally renowned provider of insights/analysis to the grocery sector (and whose profits in turn go towards operating the charitable side of this organisation), you'll provide industry leading research/insights on grocery retailing across either the UK or assigned international territories.
The role offers a fantastic learning opportunity to work as part of an established team of analysts who are experts in the regions they cover. Work will include daily news updates, coverage of retail strategy, presenting insights to clients, updating retail/market data and generating original content in retail analysis for clients/subscribers to act upon. There will be opportunities for international travel in order for you to meet clients too - and you'll certainly gain significant client exposure via videoconferencing if not; in short it will be hoped you can be developed into a similar retail analysis expert re the geographical sector(s) you cover.
Ideally you'll already have strong analytical skills, a passion for insights and experience or significant interest in the grocery/retail sector (from either agency or client side) - you'll also be a good communicator both written and verbally. This organisation is highly regarded for the work it does in this sector, plus its charitable activity too. They have a hugely supportive, developmental and personable culture and there's a strong flexible/hybrid working policy as well (you're only required to be in the office one day per week, alongside additional client/team meetings where required).
