The role of Lead Strategist (AD or Junior Director level) is ideal for someone who is looking for a new challenge and unafraid to push boundaries when it comes to using new methodologies and approaches to consumer research. With high profile clients in the fmcg, tech and consumer health space and the latest tools at your fingertips, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and deliver insights stories and strategies you can truly be proud of!

You will work across the full project process from pitch to delivery, with a particular focus on client consulting, upselling new products/methods, leading presentations and workshops and managing/mentoring junior team members. With proven experience delivering complex projects (ideally quantitative and qualitative although a preference for one or the other will be considered) you will love nothing more than helping brands build their future through innovation, strategic positioning, and communications. Fascinated by what makes humans tick, you will strive to go the extra mile with your research – always asking more questions and blending different data sets to ensure you can present a full picture to your clients.
