Marketing and External Affairs need a market research and insight professional who can bring the outside world into our business ,championing a customer led approach by leveraging data and insight to drive strategic direction and operational effectiveness.

You will be instrumental in providing high quality, robust market research and insight across the Coventry University Group.  You will also be responsible for devising and delivering high quality and commercially actionable market research using innovative methodologies to build compelling audience-led stories.

Person Specification:

• Hold a degree in relevant subject area or equivalent level experience.
• Experience of working in market research, collating, analysing and presenting data and recommendations.
• Experience in a senior leadership role (e.g. Director or Senior Manager level).
• Experience of coordinating and managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
• Experience of using multiple online or third party data sources for research development.
• Experience of questionnaire design and using sophisticated questionnaire design/analysis software.
• Experience of budget management and delivering a good ROI.
