MESH Experience is a global firm, servicing some of the largest brands in the world including LG Electronics LATAM Airlines and Diageo.

Experience Manager

Role

  • Manage clients end to end, building relationships that drive business growth
  • Write higher level questionnaires for more complex issues that get to the heart of strategic objectives
  • Dissect client briefs to create the optimal research design, but also interrogate its content to ensure a complete understanding of the client’s needs
  • Write pithy, relevant and actionable summaries that address key client issues and present them engagingly and confidently to clients
  • Manage everyday resources during the process of project delivery driving thoughtful and creative analysis through the process of storyboarding
  • Bring your experience, expertise and best practice to produce client-ready presentations
  • Share ideas with, and make recommendations to, the senior team about the shape and direction of the business
  • Manage and develop Experience Executives executives  providing clear direction, challenge and support 
  • Work with internal colleagues and suppliers to deliver best in class client solutions
  • Deliver OKR (Objectives Key Results) targets

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in quantitative market research
  • Experience in questionnaire writing; able to develop complex and thoughtful survey instruments
  • Excellent analytical and creative skills, including the ability to mine quantitative and qualitative data, create insights, and showcase a research narrative
  • Is a confident and natural presenter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Sample and field management experience
  • Experience in Tableau or other data analysis platforms
  • Is flexible and can adapt to changing needs and priorites
  • Is accurate and precise, with high attention to detail
  • Can work to tight deadlines
  • Is resilient and responds well in challenging situations
  • Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Is part of a global team and must be prepared to work on global projects out of the U.S. when required
