Senior Insight Manager - Renowned Law Firm

Work on a range of customer insight projects for this leading, 'human touch' led law firm in the capacity of Senior Insight Manager.

With the overall aim of delivering customer insight strategy, you'll produce thought provoking and actionable client insight via one-off strategic projects through to ongoing programmes such as tracking brand perceptions, competitor analysis, client experience, behaviour and sentiment analysis. In addition you'll look at best practice, and help manage a junior insights team.

You'll ideally be an experienced insight professional with an excellent track record of working in a customer led business. You'll have in-depth knowledge of client and market insight methods with prior experience of tracking customer experience, brand health and market and audience analysis including designing, managing and delivering primary research, drawing insight from a wide range of sources and developing audience segmentations. In addition you'll have some management experience, plus strong communication/presentation skills as you'll be dealing with the law firm's associates and partners, alongside work with customers/clients. Agency or client side experience is useful (with sector experience ranging from professional services through to finance, general B2B and retail).
