Qualitative Associate Director – Research and Strategy – Multi-sector client base 

£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits – London / Hybrid working

This team enjoy working with a diverse client base, tackling the best strategic briefs. Projects range from proposition testing to customer closeness studies and understanding customer journeys. Key sectors include Financial, Tech & Telecoms as well as Retail and Automotive.

The business is dedicated to boosting their qualitative capability and you will be working closely alongside the Qual MD helping to shape the qualitative proposition and develop the team. You’ll be sharing your knowledge and expertise with others, inspiring the team and showcasing successes. Your enthusiasm for qualitative research will shine through and other teams internally will love to collaborate with you.

At this level you will have the gravitas to manage and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and client development is likely to feature in your role, playing an active part in delivering winning proposals as well as helping the team deliver the best work.

In a nutshell you will need to bring with you:

• A strong track record of delivering impactful research to clients
• Excellent story telling skills and the ability to approach briefs and presentations creatively
• Experience of integrating qual and quant projects
• An ability to coach and develop colleagues to ensure they are growing professionally and in line with their aspirations
• Able to design digital research methodologies alongside traditional techniques
• Broad sector and project expertise
