Job Details

Long established events group backed by an influential name in private equity seeks a Research Analyst to contribute key insights to product/service development and innovation projects.

Working closely with a Project Director whose brief is to assess how the group’s current portfolio of global events (digital/video based, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences), you'll draw from primary/secondary research sources and data collection in looking at both the markets the group serves and also its audiences/customers. In other words this is about looking about what the group is already doing, or planning to do, and providing research to improve, innovate and support such activity.

What's required is an experienced market researcher skilled in all methods, who also has strong numeracy and analytics capability too - as you'll cover anything from focus groups through to data analysis. You'll equally be a strong communicator and report writer, and have good commercial instinct.

It's a great role for a researcher looking for something different to 'just another agency job' and who wants to see client side impact to the work you do. You'll be working with a hugely supportive Project Director too, and there's a lot of flexibility.
