Head of Coding (Market/Social Research Operations) - Leading Social Research Group

Join one of the most influential social research organisations out there in this key Head of Coding role.

Taking on the management of the coding team, you'll ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective, coding, data capture and reporting services. In so doing you will have financial responsibility for the department and ensure necessary resources, tools, services and processes are in place to deliver against current and future data collection requirements. Furthermore you'll be an innovator who can suggest changes and investment where required, and be confident in making these recommendations to the board.

You'll previously have been in a managerial role within coding for a market research/social research agency; with a practitioner background in market research coding yourself. You'll be a strong communicator, capable of liaising with stakeholders and clients, plus have great team leadership skills. As aforementioned you'll also be someone who can foster change/improvement and earn 'buy in' for this.
