Job Details
An independently owned and run full service healthcare research agency is looking for Qual Director to join their growing London team.
The agency is rapidly growing and their clients include all the top 10 pharma companies. Projects are mixed methodology and focus on patient journey, ethnography, and creative approaches to engaging with practitioners and consumers. The company uses a range of innovative tools and tailors their approach to each client. They are hugely creative and forward thinking, team members work collaboratively with each other and you are encouraged to run with your ideas and are rewarded for this.
To be successful at the agency you will be a commercial, ambitious, and independent worker, and be happy to work on projects from start to finish take on responsibility and hit the ground running. The team are supportive and very friendly and collaborative, and there is a strong emphasis on personal development. As a Director you will be working with the senior team to plan strategically the vision of the agency. You will need to be confident and have a proven track record with winning and growing business, commercial awareness and how this impacts in a smaller dynamic team is crucial. You will also need experience working on multi-country projects and be able to work on a variety of different treatment areas and methodological approaches.
For this role, you will need to have global healthcare research experience, working agency side or even a mix of agency and client-side. Solid years of moderation experience and knowledge of working online qual and be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new innovations.
