With clients at the centre of all we do, the Client Insight Executive, Retail is the link between GfK and our customers. As part of the Market Insight team, the role brings together industry and product knowledge to provide solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and use these to truly understand client’s businesses and their challenges. They will be able to drive engagement through actionable insight and innovative solutions.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ experience within either the retail, research, or client management. Someone who seeks a career in market research, data insight or strategic consulting and who wishes to develop a broad skillset in data analytics, client consulting, project management and stakeholder engagement.


Responsibilities:
•    Start to manage a defined list of clients, supported by your line manager
•    Ensure client service is delivered to the agreed standard, meeting the service level requirements for contact and presentations
•    Create awareness across the broad range of GfK solutions
•    Work cross functionally within the local business to ensure client needs are met and questions answered
•    Identify leads and opportunities within your client base and pass these to the sales team
•    Work with the client delivery team to ensure data quality and deliverables are timely, fit for purpose and meeting client needs
•    Have basic market and product knowledge
•    Support and deliver Company strategy
•    Ensure the CRM system is constantly updated and maintained

•    Able to build meaningful client relationships
•    Strong communication skills
