Qual Lead - Creative Communications Agency

Highly successful new breed of creative communications agency part of a consulting group seek a Head of Research and Insight Strategy to bring their qual oriented expertise to this creative group who enjoy and thrive on the stimulation that human insights can bring    

Uniting cultural analysis with strategic thinking, you will be overseeing research projects with multiple methodologies across different applications such as marketing, advertising/communications, branding/brand design, product innovation/product design, and thought leadership. Projects could be anything from major budget client funded six month projects to quick turnarounds informing agency wide pitches.

You should have a focus on behaviour and a passion for creative research methods that get to the nuggets of truth that fuel great campaigns and elevate your clients understanding of their consumer or audience and help them discover new opportunity.

You will embrace variety and enjoy working with creatives on strategy design and UX projects as well as helping teams pitch with a better sense of what is at the heart of the brief in a pithy real way.  

You will be comfortable with forming and maintaining great client relationships and delighting them with the value you can demonstrate
