London/remote - £45,000 -£55,000

With offices in the USA and London, this strategy consultancy is on the hunt for new talent at the Manager and Senior Manager levels. Ideally someone with an extensive knowledge of the frameworks and models that inform a brand strategy, an innovation pipeline, and underpin exploratory research.

Smart but humble, and innovative but down to earth, the team at this boutique see themselves as individuals with different skills and talents to offer. They pride themselves on being eclectic and diverse, and love to collaborate and pick each other’s brains on interesting briefs!

Unlike many agencies, the team here see themselves as strategists first, therefore although qualitative research skills are important, what’s most important will be your ability to think in new ways and deliver impactful insights and strategic storytelling to clients.

Must haves:

• Experience in brand positioning, proposition development, and/or experience of trends exploration and innovation/transformation projects that deliver growth 
• Strong strategic skills coupled with solid qualitative research skills
• You LOVE to collaborate and hear different ideas/approaches
• Insane levels of curiosity – totally driven by finding out what makes people tick and why
