This agency have developed a range of bespoke tools in order to apply research using behavioural science as the premise, they will be able to provide training and a thorough and insightful education on different behavioural science techniques which are wide and varied all go towards understanding human behaviour and the choices that they make.
They are looking for Senior Consultant level to join the team to support the senior directors on a range of projects. You will be either a Graduate or Junior RE looking for a step up, ideally you will have had agency experience, you will need to be aware and knowledgeable about qualitative research and have a good grasp and understanding of how research projects run, in terms of fieldwork, logistics and recruitment of respondents.
The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, somebody who has a real interest in qual research and behavioural science and how to apply this understanding to the research world. The nature of the work means you will always be challenging your thinking and trying to come up with ideas as to how best resolve clients commercial problems applying behavioural science at the heart of the approach.
