up to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits – Homeworking / London

This international strategy consultancy is one of this year’s industry success stories. Despite the economic climate they have enjoyed impressive growth this year working with a whole host of high-profile clients within the public, private and third sectors. They often appear in the media and hit the headlines with their own research on the major issues of the day.

Working with the leading brains in the corporate and political worlds within this specialist consultancy, you will liaise with CEO’s, Board members and Heads of Marketing/ Comms, providing strategic insight to help them achieve their goals. The team forge strong partnerships and work collaboratively with their clients helping them make the best decisions on their communication and engagement programmes.

Projects broadly fall into 3 categories:

  1. Strategic insight – research with public, stakeholder and opinion formers delivering insight to support corporate and public policy decisions, helping to navigate reputation and brand issues
  2. Comms and Campaign development – helping clients influence opinion and change behaviour
  3. Engagement – helping clients work with their key audiences. Deliberative citizen dialogue and engagement, customer co-creation; stakeholder, opinion-former and colleague engagement.

Already an experienced agency-side researcher (ideally qualitative and quantitative but purely qualitative will also be considered) you will possess the ability to understand your clients on a deeper level. You’ll be expected to understand the wider context of a client issue having a good grasp of the social, cultural and political context. As a senior team member, you will help drive the business and take a lead in proposal writing and profile raising initiatives. Ensuring the deliverables, insights and strategic advice given to clients is at the highest level is going to be key.

This consultancy rewards all their employees with very attractive starting salaries, benefits packages as well as flexible working options. There will also be plenty of opportunity to further progress your career and grow your talent in an intellectually stimulating and collaborative environment.

An opportunity not to be missed if you are serious about developing your career within Comms!
