£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits – London / Hybrid working   

Need a fresh challenge to ensure your professional development is on track and your career path remains on the up? Could you step-up and lead a team? This is a great opportunity to influence and help shape the qualitative proposition of a well established research and strategy consultancy, playing an integral role in the success of the business. 

The team enjoy working with a diverse client base, tackling the best strategic briefs. Projects range from proposition testing to customer closeness studies and understanding customer journeys. Key sectors include Financial, Tech & Telecoms as well as Retail and Automotive. The business is dedicated to boosting their qualitative capability and you will have the passion and enthusiasm to inspire both colleagues and clients. You will have the gravitas to manage and develop relationships with senior stakeholders, and client development will be an important part of your role so you’ll be expected to play and active role in delivering winning proposals. From a project perspective, you’ll represent expertise and leading edge thinking and be able to add value to the de-briefs in order to ensure clients keep coming back again and again. Importantly, you will be supported to continue to develop as a qualitative specialist and to do work that inspires and excites you.  

In a nutshell you will need to bring with you:

• A strong track record of delivering impactful research to clients
• Excellent story telling skills and the ability to approach briefs and presentations creatively
• Experience of integrating qual and quant projects
• An ability to coach and develop colleagues to ensure they are growing professionally and in line with their aspirations
• Able to design digital research methodologies alongside traditional techniques
• Broad sector and project expertise
