THE ROLE

As Insight & Research specialist you'll be supporting the business and be a driver of change through providing excellent customer and consumer insight. This organisation's insight function brings a rich, varied and deep understanding of the customer and consumer to different business teams, which drives change and improvement activity as well as supporting the business in developing and testing new propositions for different markets.

You will support the business through commissioning new research, managing existing research and considering new ways in which insight can contribute to the achievement and evolution of the Business Plan.

 

YOU

We're looking for someone with the following profile:-

- a real interest in working on the clientside
- ideally both B2B and B2C research experience
- possesses a well-rounded research skillset - definitely quantitative, ideally qualitative in addition
- great communication skills- you'll spending time out and about within the business talking with key stakeholders
