This is a multichannel marketing services group. They drive innovation and change for their clients through insight, creativity, technology and delivery. Their insight team are currently in need of extra resource.
You'll be involved in ad hoc consumer research with retail and FMCG clients. The types of projects would be varied but orientate around customer experience, brand/retailer merchandising, category/market understanding, brand messaging testing, customer needs mapping and shopper researcher.
You'll get involved in each and every part of the research process - perhaps designing a questionnaire, checking the data for sense or report writing.
We're looking for someone with the following profile:-
- strong ad hoc research agency experience
- solid, wide-ranging quantitative research skillset
- immediate or near immediate availability
