This award winning, long established firm is noted for its prowess in regard to customer understanding where brand strategy is concerned. Thus they are working with truly global ‘names’ to establish the impact of customer journeys. In support of its regular consultancy offering, it now wants to take advantage of the increasing impact analytics and data plays in this area. Thus they’re keen to find an experienced Analytics Director from the market research/insights consultancy sector who can build, promote and manage this exciting and crucial service offering.
It’s a role that will offer a mix of line management and client relations at senior stakeholder level, and requires someone from the insights/market research sector – Analytics Director or similar – who is versed in the ‘new’ tools, methods and their application – it’s not just about SPSS any more, this is now the age of data science etc re R, Python, SQL, AI, Machine Learning etc. Is this the big analytics challenge within consultancy you’re looking for?
