This expert consultancy has real influence – working with leading names across the energy and utilities sector, they have helped their clients understand attitudes to reducing carbon emissions; engaged and delivered insights to hard-to-reach customers for leading energy suppliers and are tracking what consumers really think about electric vehicles. Most of their research has a strong sustainability element – expertise valued by all their clients.
By understanding key drivers of behaviour and delivering meaningful insight which creates informed actions, they have enabled their clients and regulators across the energy, water, low carbon technology sectors to facilitate impactful behaviour change.
Full of fresh thinking and clever ideas, this consultancy seeks a like-minded Research Manager. You will be an excellent all-rounder, someone who is at home with all aspects of being research management, from hands-on delivery to client relationship development and the line management of one direct report.
Conducting both quantitative (majority) and qualitative research across consumers and stakeholders, diverse projects will include stakeholder engagement, customer satisfaction, prioritisation, communications, customer segmentation, and behaviour change.
You have credible research experience working gained within an agency, ideally with some experience of working with regulated industry clients or in the social sector. Supported by a collaborative management team, a passionate, entrepreneurial researcher with lots of ambition will thrive in this environment.
