This brilliant, hard-working, small agency helps their clients to develop and evaluate advertising and communications, primarily aimed at encouraging socially desirable behaviour. Many of their clients are big-hitting government departments or advertising agencies but they occasionally turn their hand to commercial research to keep things fresh.
With challenging, often young and sometimes vulnerable audiences, they use sensitive and creative approaches to get under the skin of these issues and forensically deep analysis to draw out every drop of insight.
Their great people, creativity and uncompromising approach to quality and in-depth analysis has proved highly successful. As a result, they are looking to add another senior qualitative researcher to their talented team, to help write compelling proposals and deliver high-impact projects.
The successful candidate will have at least five years’ research agency experience, most of which has been in social or communications research, and includes some level of responsibility for research design and proposal writing, particularly at AD level. A degree of emotional resilience and superb communication skills are also essential.
