At M·E·L Research, we want to create a better future where everybody has a voice, can achieve their potential and live a fulfilled life. Our vision is to make a positive difference to organisations, employees, customers, and wider society. This forms the ‘bedrock’ of our purpose and we empower our employees to help achieve what we believe in, all underpinned by a strong set of values and behaviours.
As a boutique social research agency with over 35 years’ experience of working for a rich variety of public and voluntary sector organisations, we deliver expertise and solutions through research, evaluation and behavioural insights.
Given sustained growth we are looking to strengthen our research and evaluation team, by appointing (depending on experience) the post of Senior Research Manager or Associate Director, with a strong focus on quantitative research. You may be a social researcher already or currently be operating in a commercial setting (B2C) and looking to transition to public/third sector research. You may have experience in relation to CX work, regulatory bodies, government (local/national) or health and wellbeing. More importantly, the ideal candidate should feel a strong connection and alignment to our purpose, vision and values and want to make a difference. The starting salary will be dependent on experience, but we expect the selected candidate to be appointed on a salary range between £37,000 to £45,000 per annum.
We operate flexible working arrangements and remote working that supports candidates in their application process.
If you are inspired by our vision and want to be a part of an exciting episode in our history and part of a fantastic team, then come and join us on this journey.
