Boutique consultancy seeks a smart, clued-up quantster from RM to AD to add to their stellar cast. They are a business full of instinctive and innate research people who are truly gifted at the difficult art of making the complicated simple. They excel at finding and expressing the narrative that reflects the voice of the consumer, audience or stakeholder with clarity and marketing nous. These skills allow them to occupy a consultancy positioning with their clients and as a result they continues to drive forward. You will be joining an established quant practice in a role that will tap into your strong quant skills in an ad-hoc led role that will enable you to work across a good mix of exciting accounts across media, tech culture and lifestyle categories.
First and foremost you must be able to deliver projects to an exceptionally high quality and love doing it. You will also thrive on building and developing strong and lasting relationships with a who’s who list of clients in these sectors. This is also a great opportunity to showcase your ability to line manage, playing a key role in helping the team to continue to develop and progress. They have 5 other directors and a team of home grown talent to help grow so this is a great role to build your management and development credentials.
You will be delivering sophisticated storytelling to illuminate clients who come to this agency time and again for their fresh thinking and ability to gaze into the future and see what's coming.
