Permanent - 37.5 hours/week (3 days in the office in Nottingham)

Are you passionate about delivering powerful insights? As the market research assistant manager, we'll look to you to discover objective and actionable brand and consumer insights to help us shape our brand proposition and future marketing campaigns.

What can you expect from the role?

If you enjoy achieving more, then this is the role for you. Partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand research requirements, you’ll develop an annual brand and consumer insights plan. We'll look to you to provide key insights on metrics including brand awareness, consideration and key purchase drivers. 

Partnering with our key agencies, you'll coordinate briefs, stimulus and presentations of research findings, as well as testing of any advertising creative, new product or service concepts and media attribution.

The beauty of this role is no two days are ever the same. From conducting ongoing market and competitor tracking to maintaining an insight repository, we'll look to you to manage the research budget, making sure all costs are forecasted and reported accurately throughout the year.

About you

Enthusiasm is key. Along with proven experience market research and consumer insights, ideally within an FMCG environment or in an agency. It’d be great if you have previously had experience in the retail sector and using Qualtrics related platform. But, more importantly, we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, an analytical mindset and commercially focused.

Project management skills with an understanding of research methodologies and ability to shape projects to maximise actionable insights is key to you succeeding in this role. You'll also have great presentation skills with the ability to share insights to the business.
