Research Manager - Up to £40,000 pro rata - Temp to Perm - Homeworking

Busy specialist research agency looking for a quantitative Research Manager (contract or permanent).

Specialising within the events & exhibitions space this agency helps their clients better understand their audiences on a global basis.

We are looking for an experienced and confident research professional with a talent for finding the stories in the data and communicating insight to clients.

You will lead your own research projects from design to completion for multinational clients representing trade shows, corporate events and venues.
You'll be responsible for taking ownership of research projects including client briefs, designing and delivering research projects, gaining client buy-in and project management to ensure high quality research is delivered within agreed deadlines.

We're looking for someone with the following profile:

· an experienced quantitative research professional whose skills include survey design and analysis techniques
· a confident presenter to audiences large and small
· self-motivated and comfortable with working independently and structuring your own activities to deliver projects on time
· comfortable developing and delivering projects spanning multiple business units and territories
· looking for a role where you can develop quickly as this company moves into new sectors
· passionate about the role of research in improving performance and can convey this passion to clients
