Associate Director (Qual/Quant) - Specialist Insights Consultancy

This hugely respected insights consultancy has a great opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director who's keen to take on strategic custom projects with a range of leading global brands.

Crossing markets such as consumer brands, healthcare, cutting edge science & technology, this consultancy works globally at C-level, helping business leaders solve complex problems to ensure their brands, products and services flourish via key customer insights. As such you'll design tailored research combining strong qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. design, ethnography, conjoint analysis, multivariate statistical analysis and possibly machine learning), and build real expertise in a topic (e.g., segmentation, innovation, behaviour change). Given the organisations you'll be working with, there's even future opportunity to travel (COVID restrictions notwithstanding) to meet clients in Asia, Europe, and the US.

Ideally you'll have extensive agency/consultancy experience in customer insights, and probably already be at Associate Director level or similar. You'll have strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods (it's fine if you're slightly stronger in quantitative, with perhaps exposure to analytics/data science techniques too), and also be a hugely talented communicator with the personal touch. You'll be looking to take your experience into a true consultancy type approach, perhaps leaving behind agency churn. You'll be comfortable working remotely, and nonetheless enjoy a collaborative relationship with hugely experienced (and extremely personable) colleagues - with a view to meeting both them and clients (including aforementioned travel opportunities) when and where possible.
