Join this industry stand-out policy and evaluation unit who are one of the leading providers of evaluation services to the UK government. They provide evidence on the effectiveness of public policies and programmes to help set policy priorities. The team is made up of a diverse range of specialists and includes economists and social policy researchers. They are now keen to make a key appointment at Associate Director level to support the continued growth of social policy related evaluation and covering the specialist area of crime and security.

As an Associate Director in the team, you will be play an important role in the delivery of large scale quantitative and qualitative evaluations of crime related programmes. Business development will also feature in your role, leading on proposals and identifying opportunities for further growth.

What experience will you need?

• Previous experience delivering impact evaluations in the crime policy area. Knowledge of policy areas such as counter terrorism, drugs, fraud, domestic abuse, hate crime
• Ability to lead winning research and evaluation proposals
• Expertise in both quant and qual approaches to evaluation problems, including experience of designing and delivering impact evaluation
• An interest in developing junior team members to fulfil their full potential
