A leading marketing and communications agency, we work with organisations across the employer, education and youth markets to help them change for the better. We explore. We dig deep. We ask the questions others won’t and as Senior Research Executive, you’ll use your natural curiosity to get to the heart of every challenge, to help shape the resulting client strategy or solution.

As a Senior Research Executive with a strong research background, you’ll thrive in this insight-driven environment and be excited to deliver research that breaks new ground and creates fresh client opportunities. It’s as varied as it is interesting. One week could see you running a study to understand how the motivations of university students impacts their decision making. The next, performing desk research into Gen Z employment drivers, testing new creative concepts, or measuring employee experience at big brands.

Analysing and applying data to solve complex challenges, you’ll also perform in-depth research into future market dynamics, trends, innovation, tech developments and consumer behaviour. And, you’ll have a real knack for pinpointing key nuggets to tell a story and confidently sharing your findings in a clear and accessible way.

Working as a team to meet tight deadlines, you’ll be passionate about gaining a deep knowledge of people, social trends and human behaviour. With a keen eye for detail and the ability to cut through the clutter, you’ll enjoy working with lengthy data and be experienced in research methodologies and processes, and creating questionnaires from a brief.

So, for your first research project, check out our website, look at the work we do and find out what our clients are saying about us. If you like what you see and would like to develop and grow here, let’s talk.
