This agency are based in Central London and working with some leading consumer brands to help them to discover how to be the best in their sector. They do this by using a range of methods across service design to support the delivery of outstanding human-centred insight and design work. This role will have a strong focus on leading research and insight work, so a background in this is important.
You will be an outgoing dynamic individual happy to play a part in this great team. You should have a minimum of 4 years experience working in Design Research or Service Design, across the design process; from initial research, through to strategy, design workshops, and design deliverables. This is a client facing role so confidence in communicating results and dealing with stakeholders is also key.
