  • A drive to understand people and cultures, willing to travel nationwide and overseas to conduct primary research in a variety of cultures and contexts (COVID restrictions permitting).
  • Someone who will enjoy the challenge of growing the Insight and Strategy team through coaching junior researchers and expanding the CDP toolkit with innovative research approaches.
  • Commercial insight and strategy experience applying research techniques in at least one of the following sectors: Consumer, FMCG, Packaging, Healthcare/Medical in line with the code(s) of conduct and guidelines for the relevant industry society or association (e.g. ESOMAR, MRS, BHBIA)

CDP is a forward looking, employee-owned company with our staff and our clients as the key stakeholders at the centre of our strategy. Our new offices are designed for growth and create a stimulating work environment.
