The ideal candidate will have a strong qualitative background and will either be a current Research Manager or an SRE looking to make the next step. To be successful in this role you will be comfortable moderating focus groups and depth interviews as well as running online communities. They also utilise a range of other approaches and techniques including life-logging apps, semiotics and social listening media listening. There are many opportunities to be exposed to new and exciting innovative approaches, the chance to work on some fascinating studies that reveal the views of how people think, feel, and behave.

At this level you will be given responsibility from day one. You will be fully involved in proposals, leading projects, uncovering insights and delivering presentations as well as mentoring junior team members. You will be involved in debriefs and pitch meetings, allowing you to establish and build relationships with clients and be on the ball when it comes to leading projects.  They have a strong focus on providing clients with engaging visualisations and outputs. This role really has it all for someone who loves being both creative and strategic.
