The ideal candidate will have a strong qualitative background and will either be a current SRE or an experienced RE looking to make the next step. To be successful in this role you will be comfortable assisting with focus groups and depth interviews as well as running online communities. They also utilise a range of other approaches and techniques including life-logging apps, semiotics and social listening media listening. There are many opportunities to be exposed to new and exciting innovative approaches, the chance to work on some fascinating studies that reveal the views of how people think, feel, and behave.
