Senior Customer Insights Manager

As Senior Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for:
- leveraging insights and storytelling to influence senior executives and impact business decisions
- engaging customers through a variety of listening methods, including surveys, focus groups, listening tours and advisory boards
- integrating insights from a vast array of primary and secondary sources to create a holistic, 360 degree view of the customer
- demonstrating thought leadership by leveraging business knowledge to proactively identify new research opportunities and listening engagements
To be considered for this great Senior Customer Insights Manager role, you must meet the following criteria:
- prior professional experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- proven track record of influencing and inspiring cross-functional peers and senior leaders to take action on insights
- ability to translate data and insights into powerful, compelling stories that bring customers to life and inspire action
- fluency in French or German would be beneficial
